Rooms are really small, the hotel is far away from the public transport more over from the city.

The rooms are decent and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel staff seemed a little bit confused though.

wasnt baby cot in room but on the online is writen child stay for free in baby cot till 2years

The behaviors of the stafs were nice and kindly. The view of the hotel from our room was excellent, we can see the Eiffel tower from our room. The cleanliness of our room was good. With this low money, this hotel is the best choice.

The location of the hotel was far from the sighting views of Paris ( about 1 hour).

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. If it weren't for the bad quality of the bed, our stay would've been much more positive.

Its good value for the money you pay its not expensive at all compared to other hotels and the area is nice although it is quite far from paris you need to take a bus (5 mins to the rer) then take the train (15 mins) if you are going for example to Champs Elysee. If you walk to the train station it takes 15-20 mins

Room is very small it needs to be aired out too as there is a funny smell. Its also a bit far away from paris center

The staff was polite, welcoming and smiling. The dining room was spacious and pleseant. The highway and the bus stop is next to the hotel.

The staff wasn't consciencious ( the cutlery were dirty, some equipment were defective ) . The bedroom was dirty ( there was some soot and some dust ) and the bathroom too .

rooms are not up to standard, staff were not friendly at all, they sent me to the wrong direction to the hotel so it took me and my family 2 hours to get there, Very bad experience

Cheap

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Got our reservation wrong despite us having a copy of our reservation from Booked.net but refused to deal with the issue and told us to take it up with the agency. It is located next t a busy and very noisy motorway. Rooms do not have air conditioning or fans and no have spare beddings; had to sleep on stained, flat and very lumpy pillows in an extremely hot and noisy environment.

Hotel internet profile was extemely misleading. I will never reccomend you to anybody or stay with you agan.

The guy behind the desk was more than friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outside Paris, but if al you want is a bed, a bath and a breakfast for a small price it's great!

There was a strange smell in the room, like too much cleaning stuff was used. It wasn't that annoying though.

The heating system is very good.

We got a dirty room with dry mud on the carpet and there was an unpleasant heavy smell in the room. The bath tube was so worn that the bottom was almost black. And the bed spread was smelling and was very dirty.
